Big yay for orange shoes

View all 6 photos...
Yesterday I saw the greatest shoes ever. Orange and with extremely long lases (or however you write that) and elegant yet a bit sporty. Since I don't really have summershoes (except my sportshoes) and I wear quite some skirts during summer I decided to buy them. They were on sale. The last pair in the shop. Big yay for my orange shoes!

ohhh! Kinky shoes
Are they also good for dancing?

Die schoenen zijn nog OK, maar die k o u s e n... Een zebrapad heeft er niks aan...

In English: These shoes look like appelsienen, but I think you stole your zebrasocks from my auntie Georgette!

Wow!

Well, there is this strange Icelandic tradition with 13 santa clauses. Yes, 13. The first one comes the 11th of December, the last one the 24th. They all bring a little gift (candy) if children put there shoe. To get to know the Icelandic culture a bit more, I've also put my shoe on the 12th. The first santa came and so followed all his brothers. Today came the last one. And look what he brought me. Isn't that just a wonderful doll? Well, I'm a dollperson. I can't help it. I'm in love with my gift.

It is a wonderful birthday gift! Sat 27-Dec-2003 20:35

Even morst Christmasstuff

Nighttable stuff
My duck
The information booklet
View all 12 photos...
Two things today. This well... night... I felt all of the sudden like reading my digicam information booklet. So I started messing around with the settings and stuff and got some extremely clear pictures, something that was actually a problem before. Not anymore sweeties. Not anymore! *fear*

Did I already mention that I'm half Icelandic when it comes to Christmas? It's an obsession in the mean while. Especially when I get gifts. I mean, you've should've seen me when I got my christmasgift from Wim, which was chocopaste, candy and bread. 0)

Today we decorated the christmastree. I took a whole lot of shaky pictures. I'll try to make some nicer ones tomorrow or so.

Did I already tell that Icelandic people put christmasdecoration everywhere? Well, they do. I have a flickering christmastree in my room and I made some pictures of it. The pictures look a bit strange, but what the heck.
