Party!

We had a little party today for me coming back of Iceland and my sister graduating. Family and some friends were invited. My sister, her friends, my friends and me had quite some fun playing this boardgame. Some pictures... 
Bettina won the game with one million something, I lost (as usual) with 291.000. Oh yes, I'm the best loser ever. I always lose with boardgames. But at least I had a twin as children. Two wonderful boys. 0)
Oh, and I got an extra 10.000 because I brought Maarten (who was the most hilarious banc ever!) some cake. Hey, it's 10.000 francs you know!

The Farm: Light and Sky

|
Somehow light is very special in Iceland. During the summer you can enjoy the light very long, during the winter you only get a couple hours of it. So uhm... light and sky and in some pictures also mountains and grass and stones and well... You get it ok.

Well, these are actually photo's. Photo's of sketches I made. I made the photo's so I could mess with the sketches in Paint Shop Pro and this is the result. And Wim, close your eyes now cause you can't see them. Your not allowed, capice?!
The female version was the first version. Then I showed it to a friend of mine and he asked as a joke for a male version. So I drew a male version especially for him.
I might make a couple more in this style since I like it a lot.

Summerhouse Part 1

Today me, my parents and Wim went to our summerhouse somewhere in Iceland. I actually don't have a clue where. Somewhere between Geysir and Laugarvatn. Anyways, the first day we went for a swim and did some reading. Quite a lot of reading actually.
Wim and I also decided to go take some pictures. It was windy and cold and Wim is totally obsessed with his camera. Gnah!
